Honda North America has issued two separate recalls for about half a million Acura TL sedans over possible fires under the hood and fix problems with the windshield wiper motor. One recall covers 373,000 vehicles from the 2004 through 2008 model years. Honda says prolonged high temperatures under the hood could cause the power steering

American Honda has announced that they will be recalling roughly 43,000 Japan Built Acura RL sedans sold in the US because a defective power steering hose could lead to a fire. The recall is expected to start this week and will affect Acura RL’s from 2005 through 2008 model years.
