Motor mount bolts failed by fatigue while accelerating through an intersection allowing the engine to drop. the fan made contact with the fallen engine resulting in a rather loud noise. driver was able to control the vehicle although the engine had to pulled to extract the broken bolts from the engine block and the fan and radiator were damaged.  view
