1995 DODGE DAKOTA User Comment / Complaint

Ok,I bought my 95 Dakota new in 94,undercoated and rustproofed it.I took great care of it,now the paint is peeling off the roof and the front passenger side frame is rotted.wont pass inspection,anyone know of a recall like the Toyota's.They took care of their customers.
