2003 HYUNDAI ELANTRA User Comment / Complaint

Ours was purchased with the Asian dealer not giving us the carfax even when we asked 3 times, and there was squeaking noises, broken sunvisor, looked like it had previous crash event. My nephew was driving in traffic about 35mph when heated up and shut down, turns out was the engine gaskets, about 2K to get this fixed. these were all within months of purchase!! we tried asking then for help, they said not warranty, I had it pulled since the problems within the first 3 months weren't covered, so i thought i would come back and trade, but they said wait 6 months more!, then the gasket problem, and not even a year, I sent to them, they fixed the belt, but now sitting in their lot because they said i need to pay for belt work, but the gasket will be extra 2K~ what am i to do, i asked the finance guy to fix this problem, either give me another vehicle, or fix it, they are giving us the go around and not returning calls. what is my next setof steps/options, we are still paying the loan
