Total loss on our 2007 FX35 due to engine fire which also destroyed our home and business on Aug 30 2008. Infiniti assuming no blame. We had a digital brake added(Infinti refused to install but was our condition of the sale) to haul our trailer and on their recommedation and referral took us to get it installed. This was their out on any respondsibility. Our insurer has said that if others come forward with similar car fires we may have some recourse. Reach us at 304-667-1155

Car fire.. my car caught fire while in my office parking lot. i noticed a buzzing noise in my door panel when i rolled my window up. this may be coincidental , 15 minutes later while inside my office i notice my car in flames. the car is a total loss. i had never received any recalls for my car so something is terribly wrong. i was not injured thank god. the fire dep. said this was the 2nd infinity in 2 weeks they have put out fire on.  view

Did you ever get anywhere with this? An fx35 parked next to my car caught on fire and damaged my vehicle insurance won't pay, says not liable says owner of vehicle isn't liable either.  view
