2005 MITSUBISHI GALANT User Comment / Complaint

my gallant broke down oct. 19, 2009 Monday, I took it to Mitsubishi service center as night drop. next day called 8am for estimation service say still working on it. then called at 10am service say still working on it and then saying that the mechanic is working on the first car before mine, will call me back. then service called back at 1pm for what needed to be done and price, service said need belt to be replace and my air condition compressor is froze up reason why the belt was broken need also replacement. I said ok then the next day service called saying they found a leak coming out from the air con compressor the mechanic found a worn bolt on the compressor, service said needed special tool to fix the bolt service also added they don't have that special tool to fix the bolt but their mechanic have one in his house. service told me that the air con compressor cannot be fix needs replacement. but Mitsubishi stopped manufacturing on that kind of model. cont.
