1995 FORD WINDSTAR User Comment / Complaint

I have a 1995 Ford Windstar have problem stating.I shifted in newtral van start. Have a friend suggested to replaced the safety newtral switch and said it should do it. Have done it, it click but still won't start. It could be the starter went out?
