All who see this chat and have lost power on 2001 to 2003 prius's please know there was a letter sent out and the diagnostic codes P3190 and P3191 or P3101 are all now covered for 10 years or 120000 miles. My dealer months back tried to shoe me away and now the proof is surely in, this was exactly my error code found at the dealer and NTB company. I already have a call into my dealer I am furious they blew me off and this was known by Toyota since 2007 as found in other sites.
