my landrover freelander 2litre diesel has done the exact same started smoking on starting and difficulty starting no overheating just gave out a big puff of black smoke over revved refused to turn off despite car being switched off coolant bubbling everywhere oil all over engine head gasket was damaged now needs a new engine that costs more than the trade in price off the car even if i sell as scrap i still owe mechanics money NEVER AGAIN A LANDROVER
