1993 SUBARU IMPREZA User Comment / Complaint

I just purchased 1993 Impreza, and none of the power windows worked, so I replaced the master window switch,but I'm still having the same problem when I first start up the car they will work for about 3 seconds and that't it, I can hear the motor trying to work but nothing happens. I've checked the windows lock
