recall on acura tl 99-03 (include type s) transmission problem. check with honda acura dealership to see if they'll replace it for free or cover 75% of it. I'm having the same problem, 00 tl with 114k miles. dealership wants to charge $4500 to replace tranny. since warranty over in march 08.
