I ran into a problem when my trans started slipping i took it back to nissan under a warranty and they refuse to fix it saying it is owners responsibility? Now im looking at a 5000 dollar repair with only two years on the car and under 40000 miles with no damage done to the car. If you are having similar problems let me know im going to the news and also the state to see if i can get some redemption on nissan and force thier hands on fixing thier mistakes.
