2003 MITSUBISHI GALANT User Comment / Complaint

Is there a Mitsu mechanic out there that can give me a real answer based on my findings...03 Galant is running and hot...all fuses good and fluid level...hot-cold flapper control on left side under dash works fine...blower throws cool air only in all dash positions...Both heater core lines leading into firewall are cold..I do not see a control valve to release the fluid to the core like on some other older makes....this car blends heat and a/c to create a climate control...WHY ISN"T THE FLUID MOVING INTO THE CORE???
