I have a 2006 Tribute. Currently has 27,000 mi on it. Starting at 6,000 miles noticed excessive vibration in steering wheel thru floor board. Service dept checked alignment and tires. Tire that came on the vehicle were totally shot-at 6000 miles! I've had new brakes, checked the engine mount, checked transmission, checked just about everything that could cause vibration. Now at 27,000 I'm on my 5th set of tires (all replaced by Mazda) and had the vehicle aligned with each installation of new tires. Vehicle won't hold alignment. Now my new Michelin tires with 2500 miles are wearing and feathering. Mazda has closed the book on the matter indicating that the latest set of tires took care of the problem. WRONG! Not sure where to turn to next. Mazda warranty works it totally lacking...
