1997 PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER User Comment / Complaint

My 97 Grand Voyager has the hazed headlight problem. Also, the wipers stopped working. I was told the wiper motor needs to be replaced. has anyone done this? Any tips? Straight forward?
