I just purchased a 98 Acura CL 3.0. The list of problems grows. First it was the ignition switch. The car shut off while driving, caused an accident. Second, the transmission does the slip, lock and jerk shift that it's famous for. Third, I can't get the car out of park without pressing the lever under the console, I have to reach in with a screwdriver and disengage park. Am I entitled to any compensation? Where do I go with this matter? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
