2003 HYUNDAI TIBURON User Comment / Complaint

My car had almost the same problem. I had parked it and gone to work, all lights off, everything fine. When i left work to go home, the car was completely dead. I got a jump and made it probably 1/2 a mile when the car completely died in the middle of an intersection - i couldnt turn on my hazards or anything. I called 911 and they came and jumped my car again. I managed to make it maybe 1/4 of a mile when it simply died again. This time it would not take a charge. My father went and bought a battery and we changed the battery on the side of the road, and i made it home ok. The battery was defective, and replacing it helped. Maybe that was what was wrong with yours.
