1993 LEXUS LS400 User Comment / Complaint

1993 lexus LS 400 instrument cluster failure - speedometer, tachometer and gas gauge do not work in cold weather until vehicle warms up. Gas Gauge does not work even when it is warmed up. I do not allow my wife or son to drive due to the danger involved.
