I had uneven tread wear and bulging in the tires. I took it to my mechanic and he said that the belts were broken in the rear tires. I spoke with Honda and they said that they have heard about this and would replace the rear stabilizer bars - however I am out of luck on the tires unless they are below 3/32" (for 20k miles) as more tread than that is normal tread wear.
