Tl contact owns a 1998 plymouth breeze. the contact stated that the vehicle would not start. the mechanic stated that the fuel pump failed and the top section was burned. there is a recall for the fuel system, gasoline: delivery: fuel pump (nhtsa campaign id number 06e088000); however, the contact had not verified if his vin was included. the current and failure mileages were 109,000.
