Tl contact owns a 2004 chrysler pt cruiser. during a crash under normal driving conditions, the driver side seat belt tore. the driver and two passengers were injured and transported to the hospital. a police report was filed. the speed, purchase date, and powertrain were unknown. the vehicle was destroyed and towed. the current and failure mileages were 70,000.
