Tl contact owns a 2000 bmw 323i. while driving 2 mph, the vehicle would not move when shifted into reverse. the mechanic stated that the transmission failed. as of october 5, 2007, the dealer and mechanic had not repaired the vehicle. the current and failure mileages were 58,900.
