Tl contact owns a 2004 nissan maxima. the vehicle has goodyear eagle rs-a, size p245/45r18 tires. while driving 55 mph, the vehicle began to shake. the contact inspected the vehicle and noticed that the driver side rear tire was flat. the dealer stated that the tires were defective. the contact replaced all four tires. the dot number was unknown. the failure mileage was 18,000 and current mileage was 28,204.
