2007 DODGE CARAVAN User Comment / Complaint

Bought new 07 dodge caravan. found transmission was defective the day i drove off the lot. took back to dealership and was told transmission was bad and chrysler was aware of it but had no fix for it.was told it would be ok to drive and a fix would take place in 60 to 90 days. was told a fix would take place on 10-09-07. took vehicle to dealership and was told that the fix was not there. said it would be most any day. i've waited 102 days and i think it's long enough. keep saying that the government is holding it up.they say they have to change the settings in the computer and when they do this it changes emissions on the vehicle and epa has to ok this. transmission has a hard shifting down and a hard shift taking off.
