I am not sure if you can help me. however, my complaint is with desert honda of las vegas, nv (702) 369-3099. i took my 2006 honda crv for major service, and they did not properly tighten the left lug nuts on my vehicle. i was able to catch this oversight in time before i drove the car any distance. however, this was a potentially fatal mistake that they shrugged off, and i'm sure have forgotten by now.
