Tl contact owns a 1994 plymouth grand voyager. the contact is experiencing a leak in the fuel system next to the exhaust manifold. he took his vehicle to the local dealer and was informed that his vehicle was not included in nhtsa campaign id number 00v268000 (fuel system, gasoline:fuel injection system). they replaced the fuel rail, but would not repair it with a free service charge. the current and failure mileages were 180,000.
