2007 CADILLAC DTS User Comment / Complaint

Tl contact owns a 2007 cadillac dts. while driving 40 mph, the contact noticed that the sun visor was uneven. when she removed the sun visor from the front to the side, it began hanging unevenly. there is also a 4.5 inch gap that causes the sun to hinder her vision. the vehicle was taken to the dealer and they stated that a repair could not be made because the vehicle was designed in that fashion. the visor has not been repaired. the current mileage was 6,100 and failure mileage was 500.
