Tl contact owns a 1999 dodge durango. while driving 65 mph, the contact heard a loud noise coming from the engine. she attempted to immediately pull off the road, but the vehicle lost power. the contact took the vehicle to the mechanic and he stated that the engine burned out and a new one was needed. the vin, engine size, and number of cylinders were unavailable. the current and failure mileages were 120,000.
