1999 HONDA CIVIC User Comment / Complaint

My car simply shuts off. it sometimes cranks right back up and other times it remains off. the car turns off as if the key was turned off. no crash occured. i had the car looked at by a honda dealer. they informed me that it was an ignition switch issue. i found a recall related to the issue for 1999 honda civic's. however honda refused to replace mine.
