Tl contact owns a 1997 lincoln town car. the contact received a safety recall notice for nhtsa campaign id number 07v336000 (vehicle speed control) in august of 2007. he had the switch disconnected and was informed that the part would be available in november. when november arrived, the contact was informed that the part would be unavailable until march of 2008. there had been no failure to date. the current mileage was 130,000.
