Tl contact owns a 2003 ford focus. when attempting to start the vehicle, the ignition switch failed. it took the contact approximately 20 attempts to start the vehicle. the ignition cylinder is currently being repaired by a local mechanic. the contact filed a complaint with the manufacturer. the current and failure mileages were 59,000.
