Tl contact owns a 2001 jaguar s-type. the contact stated that the vehicle began making squeaking noises at various speeds while driving over a small bump or making a left or right turn. the steering wheel began shaking and the vehicle shifted from side to side. the mechanic stated that the lower ball joints were loose. after the mechanic repaired the lower ball joints, they kept loosening before the vehicle could be driven home. the vehicle is not included in nhtsa campaign id number 00v359002 (suspension:front:control arm:lower ball joint). the current mileage was 81,000 and failure mileage was 78,000.
