Tl contact owns a 2004 pontiac vibe. while driving 5 mph, the glass shattered when the driver side window was rolled down. the glass shattered on her son's shoes and he was cut. the contact drove the vehicle to her residence and it was later taken to the dealer for repairs. the dealer stated that the bolts were loose, the motor blew out, and the regulator was defective. the powertrain was unknown. the current mileage was 77,000 and failure mileage was 76,000.
