2000 ford taurus se ffv wagon. strong shudder when in stopping in reverse backing out of parking lot. took to dealership and was told "something" inside the transmission is failing. quoted $3000 for transmission replacement. vehicle has 70,000 miles on it very premature for transmission failure.
