Tl contact owns a 2000 buick century. while driving 2-20 mph, the vehicle jerked extremely hard when shifting from one gear to another. the mechanic stated that the solenoid valve was defective. as of october 31, 2007, the dealer had not inspected or repaired the vehicle. the failure mileage was 80,000 and current mileage was 86,000.
