Tl contact owns a 1997 lincoln town car. while driving 3-5 mph, the contact heard a popping sound and the front passenger side of the vehicle dropped. the lower ball joints had fallen out of the vehicle. the vehicle was towed to his residence. the contact has scheduled an appointment to have the vehicle repaired. the current and failure mileages were 136,278.
