Tl contact owns a 2007 ford mustang. the vehicle did not come equipped with an ashtray. the contact went to the dealer and asked them for an ashtray that would fit in his vehicle. the one he received fits directly behind the gear shift and whenever he shifts gears, he strikes the ashtray. the ashtray has a lid that flips up and cuts his lower arm every time. the failure mileage was 386 and current mileage was approximately 450. updated 10/30/07.
