1999 buick regal had tires replaced at 30,000 miles. customer states that the tires do not hold air pressure so the wheels need to be replaced. the consumer stated the wheels were manufactured out of aluminum with defective chrome coatings. the consumer stated the tires would not adhere to the chrome properly.
