2007 JEEP LIBERTY User Comment / Complaint

Bought jeep liberty 4 months ago. i now have 10,000 miles. the rug near the gas pedal has a large hole. the dealer states wear and tear, maintains this is not covered under the warrantly and jeep customer service would not help because they state this is not a defect. i wear mostly sandals and have never had this happen in any other car i have owned!!!
