2001 DODGE DURANGO User Comment / Complaint

My 2001 dodge durango headlights, taillights, and dash lights blink intermittingly and the dealer does not admit there is a problem, but after researching online found other owners complaining about the same problem. is this not a dangerous situation for drivers who may need their lights to work dependably? how does one get the manufacturer to investigate this situation?
