1999 BUICK REGAL User Comment / Complaint

1999 buick regal front turn signals keep burning out, i believe it is from the housing that holds the bulbs. it seem like the plastic at the bottom of the bulb that snaps in to the housing sparks and burns it causing the bulbs to fail.
