I have a 2000 honda accord se with 85k. my srs light recently came on and honda wants a $100 to check it out. my cousin has the same exact vehicle and had the same problem. so i decided to google the problem. it seems everyone is having the same issue. i haven't taking the car in yet to get it fixed because i don't have the money for them to diagnose the problem. but hopefully there will be some sort of recall since there is obviously a defect in the system and when the light is on the safety systems such as the airbags will not work.
