Tl contact owns a 2006 honda cr-v. the top of the head rest protrudes forward into the contact's head, leaving her neck exposed. the dealer stated that the seat was designed in that fashion. the manufacturer took down her information and created a file. the current mileage was 9,300 and failure mileage was 300.
