Vehicle: 1995 jeep cherokee with 4.0l 6 cylinder engine and 5 speed transmission. motor mounts on passenger side of engine block have sheared off twice. the first time the bolts sheared while going over a pothole at 25 mph. all three bolts were replaced with grade 8 bolts and the same thing happened again while driving on a flat surface at 20 mph. each time the engine and transmission shifted to the right and the 3rd 4th 5th and reverse gears could not be used.
