Tl contact owns a 2002 ford taurus. the contact stated that the rear suspension spring snapped. as a result, a jagged metal rod rubbed against the rear driver side tire and caused it to blow out. the vehicle was not being driven when the rear suspension snapped. the vehicle is currently being inspected. the powertrain was unknown. the current and failure mileages were 75,000.
