Tl contact owns a 2007 toyota tacoma. the vehicle has firestone destination le (na), size 21570r15 tires. while driving 75 mph, the rear of the vehicle vibrated. the contact noticed that there was blow out on the rear passenger side tire. the tire shop felt that the tire was damaged when it was mounted to the rim. as of october 9, 2007, the dealer had not repaired the vehicle. the failure mileage was 3,528 and the current mileage was 4,028.
