Tl contact owns a 2000 toyota tundra. while driving 55 mph, the gear shift indicator slipped out of gear and into neutral. the mechanic stated that the transmission failed. as of october 9, 2007, the dealer had not repaired the vehicle. the contact felt that the transmission failed prematurely. the current and failure mileages were 108,000. updated 10/24/07.
