Tl contact owns a 2001 dodge intrepid. while driving 30 mph, the vehicle completely shut off and was towed to the contact's personal mechanic. the contact stated that the vehicle made a rumbling noise before shutting off. this would be the second time replacing the engine. the vin was unknown. the current and failure mileages were 110,000.
