2007 mercury grand marquis accelerator problems. consumer states that the throttle is up to high and he doesn't even have to push the accelerator down, it automatically moves when it is put into gear. the consumer stated when he removed his foot from the accelerator, there was no noticeable deceleration. the dealer informed the consumer the throttle control sensor was set at the factory and was not adjustable at the dealer level.
