2004 nissan maxima with tires with cracked sidewalls. customer states that the dealer and the tire dealer would not replace them under warranty. when she received the recall they replaced the rear tires without question. the consumer received a denial letter from goodyear stating, she had not shown proof that her tires were adjusted for sidewall cracking.
